Production of liquefied natural gas.

Liquefied natural gas production(LNG)is one of the fast-growing section of global energy market. In accordance with forecasts its supplies will nearly double by 2020 and will amount about 45% of all international natural gas trade. Production and consumption of LNG has been rapidly growing abroad during the last three decades and now the share of LNG in overall consumption of developed countries is 75% in Japan and 25 in the USA.
СLiquefied natural(LNG) is widely used abroad as a fuel for internal combustion engines of cars, vessels and helicopters.
According our estimate the USA is the most experienced in this particular question. Nowadays about 25% of US public transport, 600 haul trucks, buses, ships, locomotives and other means of transport.


Approximate scheme

LNG productionis a transition of natural gas to liquid condition at a critical thermal point.
Natural gas is primarily consists of methane, which has low boiling point and due to this fact its transition to liquid condition requires relatively huge energy consumption while using cryogenic production technologies.
The liquefaction process involves preparation stages during which gas is exposed to adsorption refining and drying, cooling, condensation and cooling of condensed liquid till the boiling point, expansion and accumulation in a finished goods system. A typical LNG process:
